Clarity.fm is 4.5 of 5 rating
Not everyone finds clarity easy, but if you're a pro in the business world, this opportunity could be just right for you! It has the potential to bring in some good money.
Have you heard about Clarity.fm? It's a website where you can supposedly earn money by sharing your expert advice with others. But the big question is: is it the real deal or a scam?
If you're curious about joining, you're in the right place! This Clarity.fm review will give you an inside look at what it's all about, so you can decide if it's the perfect opportunity for you.
So, let's jump in and explore what Clarity is all about, shall we?
What is Clarity?
Clarity is a consulting firm that lets you earn by providing advice to clients. It's totally legit since you can genuinely earn from the opportunities it offers. However, just because it's legit doesn't mean it's the right fit for everyone.
To figure out if Clarity is right for you, it's important to understand how it works. The best way to do that is to take a closer look at the earning opportunity it offers, so you can get a clear picture of how much time and effort is needed to earn from it.
The earning opportunity – Taking calls
The key way to earn from Clarity is by taking calls from clients. But to get started, you'll first need to become a Clarity expert (we'll talk more about that later). Once Clarity recognizes your expertise, it's time to build your profile.
This step is super important because it gives potential clients an idea of what you can offer. So, take your time and create a profile that truly represents you. After your profile is all set, it will appear in Clarity’s directory of experts (check out the photo below for reference).
You need to take calls from clients to earn
The next step is to wait for a potential client to request a call. If a client is interested in what you have to offer, they will click the "Request a Call" button on your Clarity listing to schedule a call.
If you decide to accept the client’s request, then you must be available to take the call at the scheduled time. You'll be billed by the minute, so it can be quite a profitable endeavor, in my opinion. However, it's important to give good advice quickly and not prolong the call just to earn more.
Clients will notice if you're not genuinely helping them and may give you a bad review or even contest the session and refuse to pay. That's why it's crucial to be in a mindset of genuinely wanting to help, rather than just focusing on the money, in my opinion.
This is the actual process of earning, but it isn’t as easy as you might think. To be found in Clarity’s directory, you need to be ranked among the top experts in your field. In short, you must rank high on Clarity’s search.
To achieve this, you must have a complete profile and be accomplished. This means highlighting your accomplishments in your profile so clients can see what you can offer.
However, just relying on your profile isn’t enough, in my opinion. It's also important to advertise your service outside of Clarity by including a link to your Clarity profile on your website. This can potentially get you more calls, but expanding your reach requires a lot of preparation time.
Earning from Clarity is not that simple, in my opinion. Even though you can potentially earn good money from it, you still have to put in the work to increase your chances of taking calls.
The advice you must give will usually be business or career-oriented advice
When it comes to the type of advice you can offer, the photo above shows all the categories available on Clarity. As you can see, most categories
are either business or career-oriented. This means the advice you provide won’t be about personal matters.
Most, if not all, clients on Clarity are entrepreneurs or individuals aiming to advance in their careers. That’s why this opportunity may not be suitable for everyone. You must be a professional who can give valuable advice related to any of the categories shown in the photo above.
How do you get paid?
So, when it comes to getting paid for your calls, Clarity offers payment via PayPal, which I think is a very convenient choice.
After completing a call, you'll see your total earnings in the Payments section of your profile. Just keep in mind that Clarity will deduct a 15% service fee for every completed call, so the amount you receive will be slightly less.
When it's time to cash out, you can withdraw your earnings to your PayPal account two weeks from the date the call was completed. It's a bit of a wait, in my opinion, but Clarity mentions they're working on speeding up the process.
All in all, the payment system of Clarity is quite straightforward, and having the option to use PayPal for payments is definitely a plus.
How much money can you make?
You have the power to set your own per-minute rate for taking calls, giving you control over your potential earnings. However, the most crucial factor in determining your earnings on Clarity will be how visible your profile is.
If your profile is easily found, you’ll have more opportunities to receive calls, leading to higher earnings. To achieve this, it's important to promote your Clarity profile beyond the site and not solely rely on Clarity to showcase your profile to potential clients.
By doing so, you can potentially earn good money from this site, in my opinion. It's worth noting, though, that Clarity’s service fee is quite high, which can significantly impact your total earnings.
This is understandable, as Clarity provides this service to you for free and needs to sustain its operations. Ultimately, the earning potential of Clarity will largely depend on your efforts.
If you're a skilled professional who can offer valuable advice on business and career topics, then you have the potential to earn good money from this site. If that doesn't quite describe you, then I'd recommend rethinking whether signing up is the right choice.
Can you use it on mobile?
Clarity doesn’t have a downloadable mobile app, but the site is designed to work smoothly on mobile devices. This means you can easily access your member dashboard and check for any interested clients using your mobile device.
The site’s user interface is also quite user-friendly, so navigating it on your mobile device should be a breeze. When it comes to making calls, Clarity will provide you and the client with a conference line. If the conference line isn’t available in your country, you can use Skype or other free VOIP solutions.
Who can join Clarity?
One of the great things about Clarity is that it's available worldwide—however, since they only pay via PayPal, you'll need to live in a country where PayPal is available. Your location will also impact the number of call opportunities you receive.
In my experience, living in major countries like the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other major countries in Europe can lead to more opportunities. If you live in a smaller country, there might not be as many opportunities for you to earn.
You need to apply as an expert to earn.
Joining Clarity as a member is a breeze - just fill out the form and you're good to go. However, becoming a Clarity expert is a bit different.
To become a Clarity expert, you'll need to apply for the position first (check out the photo above for guidance). Once you're logged into the dashboard, simply click the “Apply to Be an Expert” button and follow the application process.
The site will walk you through the steps, so it's not too complicated. After you submit your application, you'll need to wait for Clarity’s confirmation. Unfortunately, the site doesn’t specify how long it will take for them to review your application, so a little patience is required.
If you're hoping for an opportunity that offers immediate earnings, this might not be the ideal option, in my opinion.
Can you get support?
I can confidently say that Clarity offers excellent support to its members through its comprehensive Help page. Additionally, being a reputable consulting firm, you can expect to receive assistance readily.
If you can't find the answers you're looking for on their Help page, simply reach out to their support department by sending an email to support@clarity.fm. You can also request phone support, although scheduling it requires an email request.
In Conclusion:
Clarity.fm is a trustworthy platform where you can earn by sharing your expertise. It has several great features, but there are also some aspects you should consider.
To help you make an informed decision, I've outlined its pros and cons so you can have a clear picture of what it offers.
Pros:
Offers payment via PayPal
You can set your own rate
Cons:
Requires a certain level of commitment to earn
Application process is quite long
Payment takes at least two weeks
High service fee
In my view, Clarity may not be suitable for everyone. If you're a seasoned professional with a strong business background, then this opportunity could be a great fit for you. There's potential to earn good money from it. However, be prepared to invest some time in expanding your reach to maximize your earning opportunities.
